Billing Inquiries

Below are some helpful tools, tips and forms you can use to make your accounting easier! As always, if there are any questions not answered here, you can always reach us at 1-613-332-0123, option 4.


How can I get my bill? 

We offer both paper and emailed billing options - emailed billing is free, while paper carries a nominal ($2) fee per bill. 

How do I change to emailed billing? 

To swap over to emailed billing you can send us a message via our contact tab, let us know via chat, or call into billing at 1-613-332-0123, extension 3999. We'll swap it over within one billing cycle!

How long does it take for a payment to reflect on my account? 

It can take up to 5 business days for a payment to reflect in your balance. 

How do I make payments? 

You can pay by cheque, cash, debit, credit and pre-authorized payment! We aren't associated with every bank for online banking "Bill Payment's" but if it's available at your bank, we can help you set it up!

How Do I Setup Pre-Authorized Payments?

Setting up pre-authorized payments is easy, but there are a couple steps. 

  • Download the form, and open it.

  • Fill out the sections that are applicable (including all the boxes which are red).

  • Using the option "Sign and Fill" sign your name.

  • Now you can either hit the submit button at the bottom or mail it in!

  • Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Search for "Adobe Acrobat Reader" and download the one that looks like this: 

  • Download the form, and open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader. 

  • You do not need an account to edit PDF's, just click the "x" in the top right corner. 

  • Click the pencil icon to edit the form. 

  • Fill in all the applicable sections (including the ones in red). 

  • There will be an icon in Adobe Acrobat Reader which looks like a fountain pen.

       When you click this it will allow you to sign with your finger or stylus on your device!

  • Insert and move the signature to the signature line and save the PDF. 

  • You can now print or email it to us at the addresses on the bottom of the form.
